1. Agreement

By engaging EchoCast Audio LLC for any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms govern all podcast editing, audio post-production, mixing, mastering, interview editing, noise reduction, intro/outro production, episode preparation, publishing support, show notes creation, and consulting services.

2. Services

EchoCast Audio LLC provides the following services remotely:

Podcast editing and audio post-production
Interview audio editing
Noise reduction & audio cleanup
Mixing and mastering
Intro & outro production
Podcast episode preparation
Remote recording support
Podcast publishing assistance
Show notes creation
Audio enhancement
Podcast production consulting

3. Project Workflow

All projects are conducted remotely via digital file delivery. You are responsible for providing source files in agreed formats. We will deliver completed files via email or shared cloud storage within the agreed timeline.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final files until payment is received in full. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of engagement.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the completed audio work are transferred to you. EchoCast Audio LLC retains the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials, project details, and communications as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your content to any third party without your explicit consent.

8. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided at project start and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as a deadline in writing. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

9. Limitation of Liability

EchoCast Audio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boyle County, Kentucky.

Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

EchoCast Audio LLC provides custom digital services including podcast editing, audio post-production, mixing, mastering, and related audio production work. Because our services are custom, time-intensive, and delivered digitally, our refund policy reflects the nature of creative professional work.

2. Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before we have begun any work, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit or payment made. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@echocastaudio.com.

3. After Work Has Begun

Once work has commenced on your project, refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis depending on the stage of completion:

0–25% complete: Up to 75% refund
26–50% complete: Up to 50% refund
51–75% complete: Up to 25% refund
76–100% complete: No refund

4. After Delivery

Once final files have been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss revisions within the agreed scope.

5. Quality Issues

If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, we will correct the issue at no additional charge. We are committed to delivering professional-quality audio that meets your project brief.

Third-party licensing or software costs incurred on your behalf
Show notes or written content that has been delivered

7. How to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request in writing to info@echocastaudio.com with your project details and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
